What makes a GỐC Studio t-shirt special?
The artwork on our t-shirts come from original paintings and ink drawing on Vietnamese Do paper, some of which have been exhibited internationally.
All of our t-shirts are hand-printed by us at GỐC Studio in Hanoi. We print small batches, including Special Edition, Limited Edition, and Unique t-shirts with their own special individual print characteristics.
What fabric are your t-shirts made from?
All of our t-shirts are made from 100% high quality cotton.
How do your t-shirts fit?
Our t-shirts can be worn in a body style or looser fit, depending on preference.
Please note that the measurements in our size chart have a variance of +/- 1 cm.

Will my t-shirt shrink in the wash?
Generally cotton experiences some shrinkage of between 3-5% in the length and width.
This can be minimised by washing in cold water.
What kind of inks do you use?
We use the highest quality, certified eco-friendly water-based pigments and binders. The inks we use are completely PVC and pthalate free, and give the softest ‘hand’ possible.
How should I wash my GỐC Studio t-shirt?
To maintain print vibrancy and minimise fibrillation of the garment, machine wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry, or if you must tumble dry, do so at the gentlest setting. Prints are iron-safe at low to moderate temperature.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal, which supports all major credit cards.
Can I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible to request the cancellation, as orders are generally printed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
If the order has already shipped, we will email you instructions on how to return the products to us. Once the order has been received by us we will refund you the cost.
Do you have a returns / exchange policy?
We don’t let a t-shirt go out the door if it doesn’t meet our high standards of quality.
However, if you feel that your t-shirt is somehow inadequate, or the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible. We only accept returns that have without exception been unworn and unwashed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
How long will my t-shirt take to arrive?
Usually within 10 to 15 days. If you haven’t received your order after 30 days, please contact us.
Will there be customs fees / duty / taxes?
Possibly! Please check with your local post office for exact details.
